Lately I bought a new lomocamera : the Colorsplash. Not finished my first roll yet, so hang on a bit !
(Can’t link to a photo of the camera on lomograph.com, the link doesn’t exist!)
The new design of my blog is finished, just a bit of work on the pages and a new one will be created with all the lomoalbums on one page. Here’s a little sneak preview :
Some new lomo-albums to show for you all lomolovers. Months ago, the LSI send me two lomoslide filmrolls to try out. I did send them my scans but never got response or never showed my scans on their site… Finally I got scanned the prints. Very bizar that my prints didn’t look the same as other lomoslide testers. Don’t really like these lomoslides, Agfa CT Precisa still got my preference.
It took awhile but they finally made it till the end. A few days ago the LSI has relaunched the beta-version into a new Lomography.com. In the beginning it was new to everyone to get used to the mostly text-based layout, but hey, we all have to progres and learn to live with updates and new webstyles. Personally I like their web2.0 style (or it is already 3.0?), the tagfunction is really a nice additional facility, we can “like” or comment every picture, and almost every day there’s a new competition or rumble to compete with. The old site was getting old-fashion, but a bit sad we can’t style our own lomohome anymore.
So I have to update my Lomohome link, check it out and don’t let my avatar scare you off !
Awhile ago (8 nov) I wrote a post about some lomos of me were published in the biggest lc-a book of lomography.com. I promised to scan the pages of my shots but this book is too huge to get on my scanner and it would be unfair to copy the pages and publish them on the net. You can see all the submitted lomos on the LC-A BOOK site. My famous mirrorshot made it to their favorites too !!
Now and then I also submit lomoshots to the LSI rumbles, like the “Prague City Rumble”. We went to Prague in August and I took some lomoshots. I tought I wouldn’t hurt anyone with submitting them … And thinking that my shots were crap, BAM!, I was one of the chosen lomographers who’s submissions will be published in the Greek OZON Lifestyle Magazine.
Now, this wasn’t all ! After this great news I was honoured about a Diana+ shot I submitted to the fourcornersdark Flickr pool. With a little interview, Nic Nichols wrote this post about my winning shot and send me my prize : a Vivitar Wide & Slim + some Lomo Redscale films, thanks again Nic !
Here’s the collection of my prizes… You see, sometimes it’s great to have a hobby

It has been silence around me and this site, hasn’t it? Sorry for that, not much to do lately, and lomocameras are all quite and sleeping in my closets, having their wintersleep. I managed to develop some old films, there is one lc-a that’s broken, so I always got some empty rolls back from the lab, but one roll was very nice with results. Here are some of Vlissingen (Netherlands) and the last two lomos are taken in Wissant (France), shot with a Agfa CT-precisa film and the lc-a.
I hope the winter will end quickly or maybe I have to buy a dog and get more out often
Djees, I’ve got such a short memory. I forgot about this that I submitted my site on the Art On Display site, a online art gallery for all kind of creative people. Very usefull when looking for some inspirations or just to look around and see beautiful things. The voting stuff is not my thing so I won’t be mad if I don’t get lot of votes
The Lomographic Society has published the biggest lc-a book ever and some of my lomos are in it ! I’ve been awarded with lots of piggies, I immediately bought a new lc-a+ and I get this book for free too. As soon as I receive it, I’ll scan the pages where you can see my lomos. I’m so proud and happy. Thank you LSI !
I forgot to post some lovely new Diana+ photos. My second tryout film and again very pleased about the results the Diana+ returns.
I’m getting to have a plastic crush on her …
